THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute trash. It's so bad, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The material is pathetic, and the features are terrible. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd acquired something functional here instead.
